Returns

We hope you love your Murph purchase! But we know that not every item will fit and sometimes returns are necessary. We are here to make your return process as easy as possible! After reviewing the return policy below, if you have any questions, please contact us via email at hello@shopmurph.com.

All returned items are eligible for store credit via e-gift card.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent to us.

Damages must be reported to hello@shopmurph.com within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

We do not offer direct exchanges because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches us, and we do not hold merchandise.

Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and smoke, deodorant, pet hair and perfume free. Items must be in new condition with the original tags still attached.

The following items are not eligible for return with no exceptions:

  • Jewelry
  • Bralettes
  • Bodysuits
  • Leggings
  • Activewear
  • Items in the Sale section
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items purchased with a discount code of 40% or more
Once accepted, returns are processed within 3-6 business days, and store credit is issued to the customer email address that was used on the order.
