Shipping

If you’re anything like us, you can’t wait for your Murph order to arrive – and we are here to make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible! If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at hello@shopmurph.com.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority service based on the weight and/or the service selected at checkout.  

  • We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

  • We ship to Canada using the standard USPS rates. Note that we have no control over international shipping time due to customs.
  • All orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within two business days from time of order.

  • Any orders placed on a holiday or weekend will be processed the next business day or following Monday.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

  • If there are any issues with your order once it ships (you don't receive it, tracking isn't updated, etc.), please contact your local post office first.  We have no control over the package once USPS picks it up.  If you can't get anywhere, please contact us.

  • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Murph Boutique cannot be held responsible for conditions out of our control (weather, postal interruptions, customs, etc.).

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (see Return Policy).
